My Mom had an unusual placement situation, as it is just over a year since she suffered a major stroke. Pam Foti was extremely helpful in finding my Mom just the right fit for Assisted Living here in the Milwaukee area. I recently had to make a timely and difficult decision after my parents both went through two very different health issues that required specific needs at the same time. I reached out to Vesta and Derek helped immediately to meet their needs in the time frame allotted. Vesta Senior Network was so helpful to my family in finding an assisted living facility for our mom. Jenny leapt into action when we learned that we needed to find something quickly right in the middle of the holiday season. She found well matched facilities with available units and set up tours for us. My mom is already moved in to her new home and adjusting well to this new chapter of her life. Derrick Nelson is a wonder! He helped us and educated us through the whole process of finding an assisted living facility for our 93 year old mother. Derek Nelson at Vesta is extremely knowledgeable about the elder care environment in the Milwaukee area. You definitely want his help sorting out the options in the rehab-skilled nursing and assisted living scene. Very dynamic and changing environment. He knows the good players and those to avoid. If anyone is considering moving a loved one into an assisted living facility, I couldn't recommend Vesta Senior Network and Courtney more. This process can be overwhelming and very stressful. Courtney got to know our family, the situation and was with us every step of the way making a difficult situation less difficult. Her recommendations with spot on and she was there with us to ask the questions we didn't even know to ask. My aunt had broken her pelvis and couldn't live on her own anymore after living in her home for over 70 years. We toured four facilities with Courtney and needed to find a place fast because rehab was releasing her. Courtney had a great knowledge of the facilities and was able to give us the pro and cons to each facility as it related to our family member. She even recommended an attorney that specializing in Elder Law. We were able to find my aunt a beautiful new home with the help of Courtney and she helped to smoothly make the transition for our loved one.

Derek was so helpful, in that he understood what I needed, knew what to ask, and helped me feel comfortable with the process of finding a place for mom. He has answered my questions, even after mom got settled, has followed up several times to see how things are going and even brought flowers to mom. Great experience and I would highly recommend.

Jenny went above and beyond every step of the way. I was working long distance to find a facility for my uncle. Jenny heard my wish list and she provided options that checked every box. We recently needed to find an assisted living facility for my sister. Living out of state made this seem impossible. Courtney, at Vesta set up a zoom meeting with us to get to know the situation and get some background on my sister’s needs. She then went to visit with her and quickly came up with numerous places that could work. When we arrived in the city she had set up tours at a number of facilities and within a few days time we were able to find what has turned out to be a great place for my sister! She is so happy! And so am I! The process was so much better than we anticipated. Courtney is an angel! You can tell this is so much more than a “job” for her. She truly cares about the client and determined to find the “perfect fit.” I can’t tell you how grateful we are to Vesta Senior Network! Their expertise and knowledge of the Milwaukee area elder care options is phenomenal.

I so appreciated working with Pam from Vesta Senior Network. Our initial interactions was when I was in crisis mode and really reactive and she was calm and provided guidance.I live out of state and needed some guidance for my mother's ongoing care needs and Pam and her team were fantastic guides and consultants for me, my mother and the situation in general.Pam helped my family navigate through a difficult transition and didn't get frustrated or take it personally even when I needed to stop and start. Jenny with Vesta Senior Network helped me find assisted living placement for my grandpa. He was moving to southern WI from another state and has some challenging needs. Jenny recommended a wonderful facility that could meet all of his needs and was with us through every step of the process. Once we chose the facility, Jenny worked closely with them to ensure all the pieces fell into place. My grandpa moved into his new home in just about a weeks time. I couldn’t be happier with the service we received, and would definitely recommend working with Vesta Senior Network. My husband and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of professionalism we experienced with Jenny Wagner as our Elder Care Consultant. She has a positive 'anything is possible' attitude and that becomes infectious when dealing with her. Jenny managed to take the stress out of what would normally be an incredibly stressful time of decision making for Mom and her future.Appointments were made at Living centers on our behalf, she made certain all of our questions were answered - even asking some that we would never have thought of. When we left each appointment, we felt we had more than enough information to process and eventually come to a decision. And, all of this took place in a short period of time which, in our opinion, would have been impossible if we had tried to coordinate everything on our own.When we finally made our choice, Jenny made sure that the transition from Rehab to Assisted Living was seamless. Our family was in a situation where we needed to find an assisted living facility with a specific type of care team for my Mother immediately and Pam from Vesta Senior Network was an amazing gift from God for us in what was an already stressful situation, especially so during COVID. She started with a call to get a feel for the situation and to get to know us and then she worked her magic with the info she took from the call. She did the leg work and scheduled in-person and virtual visits for us with facilities that had the specialized care our Mom needed and she attended the visits virtually along with us. She even had questions during the visits that we wouldn't have thought about. Pam acted as the liaison between us and representatives from these facilities and was the key to us selecting the perfect place for Mom. Pam's personable assistance, knowledge of the industry, and care for our loved one as if it was her own during this difficult time was invaluable to us and I have highly recommended Vesta Senior Network to several people since.

Pam was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful from the very first phone call. When she wasn’t available to help her colleague Courtney was able to jump right in and keep forward progress moving. I live in Rhode Island while my mother is in the Milwaukee area. Trying to find her a quality place to live while not only half the country away but also in quarantine was like trying to find a needle in a haystack. My knowledge with senior living communities that provided the services my mother would need was very limited. Pam went above and beyond what I could have ever expected. She not only educated me but also went to see my mom to help set her mind at ease. She attained all applicable information to make sure she only told my mom about proper communities within her budget. She set up visits, transportation and even a moving company to help get my mom into a reliable and suitable community. I had an urgent placement for my 88-year old mother, and Pam asked such insightful questions and LISTENED to the situation that Mom was placed within a week of my request. Pam Foti at Vesta Senior Network was a Godsend! Our 93-year-old Dad had been in short-term rehab on-and-off for months, and suddenly, we were told his insurance would not cover him anymore. He was not strong enough to move back home, and we were given only a few days to find an assisted living facility that met his and our family's needs. Thank goodness for Vesta Senior Network! Like so many people --- suddenly, I needed to find a specialized assisting living facility for my Dad. YIKES! I needed to find someone with massive knowledge to help me navigate making this very important long-term decision for my Father. Vesta was highly recommended by the rehab center that was discharging my Dad and Courtney Russell is their absolute star!!!!
